This property, located in Oshawa, Ontario was part of a new subdivision.
This is a very large and expansive space for a traditional builder community. The owner and family members wanted to design a useable backyard area with multiple zones to please everyone.
The owners wish List
The family wanted several zones in the backyard, and organized in a formal fashion. We successfully provided a formal landscape are and path, a permanent basketball area for the kids, and a covered Gazebo, landscaped to soften all the edges.
Phase 2 (not seen) is a water feature in the back right corner, where irrigation was designed and provided for in future.
The open area in the back surrounded by vegetation is slated for the fire pit.
With a Backyard like this, they enjoy the outdoors so much more!
