Meet Tatiana and Dina, Partners of LIGHT HOUSE DESIGNS.

We are a full service Design Studio, located in  Central Ontario.  We currently offer our services to the GTA & surrounding area, extending to Muskoka & Collingwood. Our vision is to collaborate with you, to ensure your dream home or cottage comes true.

Originally formed as a staging partnership in 2017, we grew into a Home Interior Renovation Co. now called LIGHT HOUSE DESIGNS

As we observed homeowners falling back in love with their homes once our work was complete, we recognized the need to start servicing homeowners who were not in the market to sell. Hi, I'm Tatiana, Director of Design & Development of Light House Designs.  I have been immersed for over 20 years in the Residential  & Land Development Industry - but all you really need to know about me is my absolute affection for designing spaces, both inside and out. Anyone who knows me, knows I eat, sleep and breath design. 

My education & experience includes Suite Staging, Movie set collaborations, Residential Development, Urban Planning & Design, Architectural Design Control, Landscape Architecture & Design, Interior Space Planning/Design.

 My background and attention to detail affords me the ability to provide the best Design Services to my Clients.   Its about uncovering the beauty in everything, even if its not staring you in the face.  Peeling back old layers, rethinking your floor plan and thinking outside of the box while adding the right layers and textures is key.

With my background, we can give you the entire home makeover - inside and out.

Hi, I'm Dina- Tatiana’s business partner. I am the Operations Coordinator for Light House Designs.  I was inspired by all that was around me. Growing up watching my mother with her amazing flare and sense of design with a change in decor almost every year in my home taught me a lot. It was through this exposure that I found myself decorating my friend’s and family's spaces. This essentially helped me realize my vision to create the ultimate home staging experience. That inspiration and excitement has continued to stay with me. With an eye for design, love for fashion and a dedication towards quality and service, my passion came to life when Tatiana & I decided to collaborate and Light House Staging  (now Light House Design) was born.

When I met my incredible and talented business partner Tatiana, I truly believe we found ourselves at the right time and place both knowing this is where we were meant to be.  We were equally inspired by the same interests and vision in architecture, colour, texture and share an eye for quality in the many designers we grew up loving. We both share the same admiration, flair and passion.
